    Small Group Personal Training combines the personalised attention of one-to-one coaching with the motivation and energy of training in a small group of up to four people.     Contrast therapy is a recovery method that involves alternating between heat (infrared sauna) and cold exposure (cold plunge). By switching between hot and cold environments, you create cycles of vasodilation (heat opens blood vessels) and vasoconstriction (cold narrows them). This “pumping” effect helps move blood, oxygen, and nutrients through your muscles more efficiently.
